  • Advice and guidance in relation to industrial action, both protected and unprotected, including lockouts, interdicts and ultimate,
  • Advice in regard to the preparation of communications, both internal and external, in addressing workplace issues and/or interactions with other parties/attorneys,
  • Providing relevant support in relation to the conduct of the consultation process in regard to incapacity procedures, organisational restructuring, workplace changes, etc.

  • Training in regard to the application of legislative amendments, and the appropriate application of workplace policies and procedures
